At Sprague Hotel Developers, our goal is to operate the premier lodging property in every market we enter. Every hotel is uniquely designed with custom finishes, and we build for the future, not based on the minimum standards. We focus on special touches using imported granites and custom wall vinyl and carpet, seeking to design each hotel with the local environment in mind. Overall our goal is to assemble warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

All of the hotels offer a unique experience, with all of the conveniences you expect as a traveler. Each property features am indoor heated pool and fitness room, as well as in-room coffee makers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, high speed internet access, and free local phone calls. The Hampton Inns, Holiday Inn Express hotels, and the Comfort Inn offer a deluxe, complimentary continental breakfast. The Hilton Garden Inns offer a cooked-to-order breakfast at a nominal price that includes a variety of hot food options, as well as traditonal continental breakfast items.
