Considered one of the most prestigious honors among Hilton properties, the Award of Excellence recipients demonstrated the highest level of quality and service across the brand in its division. The criteria to win this award include the hotel’s Overall Guest Experience, Overall Guest Service, and Quality Assurance Scores.
Out of more than 2,400 Hampton Inn–branded hotels, the Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis South/Greenwood has been named in the top 5% of properties across the United States and Canada to receive this distinguished honor, placing it among the top-performing hotels in the brand.
