Pair of Sprague Hotels Honored with 2022 Award of Excellence

Hilton Garden Inn- Columbus/Edinburgh and Hampton Inn & Suites- Indianapolis Franklin Recognized as a Top US/Canada Hotel

April 25, 2023- Hilton, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, recently recognized the hotel teams and their respective leaders as Award of Excellence recipients for their 2022 accomplishments. The annual awards program acknowledges hotels across the Americas – including the U.S. and Canada – for exceptional performance among several key customer criteria, including cleanliness and overall customer service and satisfaction.

Considered one of the most prestigious honors among Hilton properties, the Award of Excellence recipients demonstrated the highest level of quality and service across the brand in its division. The criteria to win this award includes the hotel’s Overall Guest Experience, Overall Guest Service, and Quality Assurance Scores.

Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis- Fishers and Jason Boyer Receive 2023 Cornerstone Employer Award

FISHERS, IN (March 1, 2023) – Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis- Fishers and General Manager, Jason Boyer, received the 2023 Cornerstone Employer Award at the annual Inclusion & Accessibility Award ceremony hosted by the City of Fishers on Wednesday, March 1st.

The award is given to an individual, business or organization in the Fishers community that has demonstrated exemplary commitment to providing inclusion, career training, employment and/or advancement opportunities to persons with disabilities.

Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Edinburgh's Linda Meek receives 2022 Hoosier Hospitality Award

EDINBURGH, IN - Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch and the Indiana Destination Development Corporation (IDDC) announced the Hoosier Hospitality Award winners Thursday. Nominations for Hoosier Hospitality Awards are submitted by community members and destination patrons and are reviewed and selected by IDDC. Outstanding service is a significant factor in determining whether a person returns to an individual business or destination.

Linda Meek, Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Edinburgh’s Banquet Captain, was one of 16 recipients of the 2022 Lieutenant Governor’s Hoosier Hospitality Award. Sprague Hotel Developers’ President and CEO Janeen Sprague expressed her gratitude for the award winner. “I am so proud to have Linda on our team,” Sprague said, “It means a lot to our company that Linda has earned this award and is recognized for her excellent hospitality she gives to our guests.”

Linda Meek started as banquet manager at the Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Edinburgh in 2018. “She has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years and is a pivotal reason why our Hilton Garden Inn has been ranked as the #1 Hilton Garden Inn in the state of Indiana. Employees like Linda are an asset to any business, and we are lucky to have her,” said Hilton Garden Inn General Manager, Daniel Arnold.
